About

I'm Pelle. I run Cadol Nordic, an independent advisory practice based in Copenhagen, working with companies from seed stage to the Fortune 500.

My first decade was spent inside large transformation programs: a $2B asset transformation at Morgan Stanley, an IT implementation at Maersk, and a subsidiary carve-out at Aetna. I did much of it through EY, where I was a Manager and the Nordic Analytics Lead across New York and Copenhagen. It taught me the thing that still shapes how I work, which is that at scale the constraint is almost never the technology.

Then I spent four years on the other side of the table. I co-founded and ran a food company, took it from nothing to around a million in annual revenue across twenty-five products and more than twenty suppliers, with a team of ten across three countries. Running payroll changes how you give advice. I am considerably less interested in elegant recommendations than I used to be.

Since then the work has concentrated on AI and data. I've built an AI transformation program and the team behind it as an interim Head of AI, advised founders on investor strategy and fundraising, and led go-to-market for companies whose technology was excellent and whose market didn't yet understand why.

I moved back to Copenhagen from California with my family, and I work with clients across the Nordics, Europe, and the United States.
